AMICAALL – an acronym to the Alliance of Mayors Initiative for Community Action on AIDS at the Local level advocates for multi-sectoral community involvement and action at local level and further promote social and behavioural change by informing and educating all key target groups through creative events and activities.

The Board offers annual youth empowerment trainings as an effort to reduce poverty, these are conducted in collaboration with National Stakeholders, the local youth is currently working on making themselves a formal structure (registered entity).

The Department offers Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights sessions to in school youth, adolescents during their class hours.
